We specialise in the installation of UK manufactured, lightweight Thermotec Insulated conservatory roof replacement panels to help our customers achieve a cooler conservatory in the summer, a warmer room in the winter and a much quieter one in the bad weather; altogether we help customers reduce their energy bills by upgrading their existing conservatory roof and reclaim their often unusable conservatory room.

**The Role of a Field Sales Executive**

Your responsibilities as a field sales executive will include:
1. Working 5 days per week Monday to Saturday per week at different venues throughout the Midlands.

2. Stopping customers who have a conservatory and generate interest in the product, explaining the benefits and take their details for a follow up call.

3. Introducing customers to the Green Space brand and promoting what we do while maintaining a high level of product knowledge

The ideal field sales executive applicant should have:
1. A passion for engaging with others, someone that enjoys talking to people of all ages and backgrounds, a social butterfly.

2. A desire to earn, as we offer a fantastic commission structure on top of the basic salary.

3. A quick learner and someone who adapts easily.

This role involves travelling, often you will have to bring with your equipment for the day, so a car is essential with a generous petrol allowance paid. You will be working in markets, supermarkets and shopping centres across the Midlands. You will be manning a lead-generating stand - trying to interest potential customers in our insulated conservatory roofing panel and get their details for a no-obligation quotation. Although you will not be selling anything from the stand an outgoing personality is required. There will be a lot of people not wanting to stop and talk so a thick skin is needed and a positive attitude.

The role comes with a £21,000 basic salary, as well as a bonus scheme on top. We would expect most sales agents to earn £40,000+ with the ability to well exceed this.
