**Salary: up to £24,000 plus Bonuses OTE £26,000-£32,000 (pro rata for part time)**

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Sales or Business DevelopmentManager **to join the team of dynamic, energetic, forward thinking minds, working toward a common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Are youa passionate, ambitious, dependable, business-minded leader? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for growing a project and seeing it through to success? This could be the role for you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist with the daily operations of the Centre.
- Effective marketing of Centre offering to ensure busy enquiries pipeline.
- Follow up on leads, schedule tours and maximize conversions.
- Work with parents to define children?s learning needs.
- Provide Centre tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the Centre.
- Engage with children and families in the Centre.
- Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
- Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met.
- Ensure the Centre is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to Centre cleanliness & operational standards.
- Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to Centre dynamics.
- Report weekly to Owners on progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work history with children ages 7 and up (ideally, but not in a STEM environment), and enthusiasm for working with kids.
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
- Flexible schedule (part time considered)
- Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Deadline and detail-oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

**Weekdays 11am-7pm, Occasional Weekends (par time hours also considered).
