**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Contracts Coordinator to join our team with an immediate start available.

Providing support to the various divisions within Demcom, including the management of new enquiries, information gathering, diary management, data input, scanning, filing, archiving of records, answering calls and booking site visits.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Pre-Contracts Manager and Senior Management with administrative duties (demolition, asbestos, remediation and fencing/hoarding divisions).
- Management of the enquiry inbox and acknowledgement of these with customers.
- Taking new enquiries over the phone for all departments.
- Requesting information to assist with quoting for new works (photos, site plans etc).
- Liaising with the demolition and asbestos teams, communicating key information required for pricing projects.
- Logging new enquiries and setting up quotes, ensuring all information is stored in an organised fashion, accessible for other members of staff when required.
- Booking site visits in for the demolition and asbestos teams to assist with quoting for the works.
- Adding information on to calendars and managing work diaries.
- Working with senior management to meet quote deadlines.
- Assisting with maintaining and collating paperwork for the asbestos team.
- Assisting with capturing costs associated with secured projects.
