Sales Ambassador

Jurassic Fibre are looking for Sales Ambassadors to join our busy sales team across the South West as a result of continued growth.
**Key Focus**:
As part of the Jurassic Fibre team you will be helping us to scale our business and support the growth of our customer base; as we transform the fibre industry in the south west.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Territory team in many areas of the South West and offer fantastic customer care combined with accurate information offering and explanations about our products and services to potential and existing customers.

You must have great communication skills and be comfortable talking to customers about our products and services both in person and over the phone. A key part of this conversation will be overcoming any objections that they may raise in the course of the visit or call.
**This role will report to**:
Sales Manager

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- You will be responsible for contacting given addresses throughout your defined area in order to let them know about our products and services; be friendly and approachable whilst you do this, answering any questions about our products and offers
- When a customer decides to join us you will take and process their order ensuring all their details are captured correctly and that they have signed up for a package that best suits their needs
- Accurate reporting from the assigned properties is a key requirement of the role
- You may also be required to be available for PR/Marketing events within your area to promote Jurassic Fibre and its products.
- Work closely with your assigned Community Engagement person to manage customer care within the area.
- Alongside your manager you will be monitoring your progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and working on your personal development
- Team working with the wider sales team to develop the new customer pipeline and ensure our customers are looked after seamlessly
- As our product offers change you will work with your manager to ensure you know each product inside out so that you can always ensure you are knowledgeable for customers
**Person Spec**:
**Qualifications/Experience**:

- No previous experience is required as full training will be given. However if you have experience with the customer service, sales or telesales operation that would be an advantage.; any Telecoms industry experience would also be helpful but not essential.

- You will have excellent communication skills including being an active listener enabling you to present products, solutions and information simply and effectively
- Have an enthusiastic personality alongside a passion for great customer care
- Self-motivated and have an optimistic solutions orientated approach to work
- A great team player, able to work with multiple business functions to maximise customer experience
- An ability to listen and respond to constructive feedback ensuring you optimise development opportunities
- Some knowledge of Microsoft office suite and Salesforce would be an advantage
