**P**u**r**p**o**s**e** **o**f** **t**h**e** **R**o**l**e**

**A** key **role** within** **the central **team** **that** **supports** **total** **business** **activity** **planning.** **Co-**ordinates** strong internal activity** **plans** **whilst** **also** **designing engaging colleague** **communications** **and exciting** **events** **for** **the** George** **business**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the central business activity plan, populating key business meetings and communication channels by week / period
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring the activity plan is continually developed and is regularly shared to drive engagement
- Create an annual internal communications plan for all George colleagues that drives engagement behind the strategy and key enablers
- Coordinate events ensuring that they land on time, to the agreed standard and budget, in a professional manner
- Build professional expertise in the creation and design of engagement activity - working closely with the George brand profession
- Build an understanding of engagement measures and propose feedback routes, using this insight to identify opportunities to strengthen communications and highlight any risks

- Strong organisational skills and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships cross functionally, challenge and drive stakeholder alignment
- Ability to work at pace and with great attention to detail
- Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task and reprioritise
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in video editing and creative software (Adobe/ Photoshop/ Canva)
- High level of integrity
