This business based in Burton-on-Trent is currently looking to introduce a new member into their Business Support team, in this role you will have exposure to every aspect of the business, liaising with different departments, you’ll essentially be the firstpoint of call for all Administration duties.

**THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role is working within the Business Support team, predominantly managing Purchase Orders.
- Processing of customers’ orders received into SAP, including billing planning, acknowledgement to customer.
- Working closely with project managers to provide project support as required.
- Provide reporting where required.
- Maintain new supplier tracker and monitor for renewals.
- Gaining approval of new suppliers.
- Hospitality support for the wider business.
- 1st line cover to support purchasing.
- Tracking of contractors.
- Booking travel as required.
- General administration duties.
- Using the SAP system.
- Liaising with customers when required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience working within an Administration role.
- Working to deadlines and being able to manage time effectively.
- Confident user of Microsoft packages.
- Working well within a team to increase efficiency and communication.
- General administration duties.
- Strong focus on quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Competent picking up new systems when trained.
- Great communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
