We’re now one of the largest charitable providers of therapeutic services in the region, working with adults, children and young people. We provide therapy to over 5000 people a year, in Leeds, Calderdale, and York.

The Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS) is a city-wide service composed of two elements; IAPT Therapy (offering ‘talking therapies’ to adult NHS patients) and a broader Primary Care Mental Health service offering mental health and wellbeing support primarilybased in primary care settings (GP surgeries, health centres etc).

The service is delivered by a partnership of Third Sector and NHS organisations, comprising Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Leeds & York Partnership Foundation NHS Trust, Northpoint Wellbeing, Community Links, Touchstone, Women’s Counselling and TherapyService & Homestart Leeds.

LMWS is funded until at least 2025; it employs around 260 staff, working in 3 operational Cluster teams. The IAPT element is delivered on a city-wide basis with the 3 PCMH Clusters each covering a specific geographical area of the city) and will supportup to 28,000 people with common mental health problems and more complex issues.

**TheAdministratorrole**:
You will provide administrative, service support primarily for the PCMH element of LMWS. You will deliver an admin support function using standard operating procedures taking appropriate steps to ensure decisions are actioned within clearly defined policies,procedures and codes of conduct, escalating any anomalies.

**Hours and days**: 35 hours between hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm, Monday - Friday. Hybrid working considered.

**The key aspects of the Administration role will include**:

- General administrative support to the organisation,
- Referral management
- Patient waiting lists
- Appointments
- Diary/ rota/ clinic management
- Patient information systems
- Procurement and stock management
- Meetings management including minute taking
- Reception/ Telephony support
- Supporting teams with Electronic Staff Record/ Appraisal/ Sickness analytical tasks

You will need to be a team player and will need to actively contribute to the continuous service improvement activities, including the maintenance and improvement of quality to ensure that services are delivered with a customer focus.
