**Paid Media Executive**

**Corby, Northants (Hybrid working)**

Are you a paid media specialist with ideally 1 year of experience in Paid Social and Display (DV360 & GDN)? Are you looking to join a FTSE 100 company that offers career development opportunities and great people to work with?

**Department Profile**

We are a Paid Media team that sits within the Performance Marketing department based at the RS Headquarters in London St Pancras Square, right next to companies such as Google, Universal & Havas. From here we support our local markets by delivering best-in-class paid media solutions.

**What you will be doing**:

- Direct ownership and execution of display, native and video campaigns, for the EMEA markets
- Working closely with various agencies to implement, analyse and optimise campaigns, on a regular basis, providing recommendations (paid social & display)
- Working across platforms including Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform (GMP stack)
- Track spend and manage small to large budgets, for the EMEA region
- Liaise with the Paid team on the activation of display, native and video campaigns within agreed timelines
- Support the creation of in-depth analysis, setting benchmarks, identifying trends & opportunities
- Deliver regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders, showing campaign results and highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business and markets on a day-to-day basis
- Manage the invoicing process across multiple media owners
- Support paid media testing projects
- Help the wider team identify ways to improve internal processes
- Build relationships with relevant market stakeholders
- Support the manager on the planning of paid media campaigns (i.e. display, paid social)
- Monitor industry trends and updates to be able to report back on insights / and new concepts and ideas

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Ideally 1 year experience managing Programmatic/Display/Video campaigns. Paid Social experience is a strong plus.
- Some track record in managing large-sized budgets
- Strong organisational skills with capabilities to effectively prioritise multiple tasks
- Data driven mindset by being able to analyse and make sense of large volume of data
- Commercial acumen by understanding how business operate
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS suites
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent numerical, communication and reporting skills
- Experience in Project Management desirable
- Passion for Digital Advertising in general
- Great team-player
