Caretakers Assistant

Brookwood are looking for a caretakers assistant to work in a school in N1 5JN.

**Duties**:

- To liaise with School Business Manager for the health and safety of the site
- To ensure that the maintenance of the school buildings and environment are effectively undertaken
- To undertake repairs
- To co-operate with contractors, utility companies and the emergency services
- To ensure a clean, tidy, well maintained school environment
- Safety check around the school before closing up the school.

You will need to ideally have experience in the above or something similar.

Hours are 1100-1500 Mon
- Fri.

Pay is £11.95 per hour.

You will need to have an enhanced DBS certificate already or be happy to go through this process.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, N1 5JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
