Job Overview: As a Buyer for the Branded Toys category, your responsibilities will include:

- Selecting, sourcing, and purchasing products
- Developing pricing and promotion strategies
- Cultivating relationships with suppliers
- Expanding the supplier base and product range
- Managing orders to ensure optimal product availability
- Analysing data to identify growth opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and external factors

Minimum Criteria to Apply: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Proven experience as a toy buyer, preferably with a focus on branded toys
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Self-motivated with a proactive and determined attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, proficient in data analysis and trend identification
- Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities

Package: We offer the following package for this position:

- Competitive salary based on experience
- Remote work or office-based in Leamington Spa, with occasional travel to trade fairs and suppliers
- 5.6 weeks of paid holiday per year, including bank and public holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 5 years of service
- Pension scheme
