Our client a leading, reputable and well-regarded Financial Services Membership Body is currently recruiting for a Head of Content - Events and Training

**The Role**

Reporting into the Commercial Director and working closely with the rest of the Commercial Delivery team and having line responsibility a small team of direct reports, the Principal, Head of Conference Production will be responsible for driving an outstandingportfolio of training and event programmes in conjunction with colleagues across the business. An experienced content and events and training producer, with an analytical mind, attention to detail, an ability to work collaboratively to deliver to time, tobudget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders (both internal and external). The role holder will also work closely with the Commercial Director to support them in defining and operationalising the wider strategy for the Commercial Delivery team.

**Person Specification**

A degree or other equivalent, relevant qualification

Experience conference producer

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to develop content for both small and large scale events and training delivery.

Analytical and able to focus on both the detail, and the big picture.

Strong skills of persuasion.

Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

Experienced in, and confident of, working across several events and training deliveries, sometimes in close succession.

Understanding of branding sensitivity; experience of working successfully with multiple sponsors while maintaining brand integrity.

Able to works independently; receives mínimal guidance.

Willingness to work flexibly, and outside of normal office hours, as part of a team working on early morning or late evening events.

Team leadership, development, and management skills.

Advanced presentation skills.

Experience of managing large scale, c-level events.

Experience of anticipating, identifying, creating and organizing, large scale workshop activity

Works independently, receives mínimal guidance.

Event marketing and copy-writing experience would be advantageous.

Experience of successfully managing complicated budgets (both revenue and cost).

Experience of using CRM systems also a plus.
