- Provide operational support to Talent Professionals through creating job descriptions, posting requisitions, acquiring approvals, and managing the RWA process.
- Meet and exceed performance and service level metrics for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TA processes, compliance regulations, referral policies, background check classifications, and remote work legal requirements.
- Provide additional support to Talent Professionals, including creating offer letters and new hire packet generation.
- Partner with Employee Experience, IT, and People Tech to ensure a smooth new hire handoff.
- Coordinate and set up recruitment events for conventions, job fairs, and recruitment mixers.
- Facilitate bi
- weekly department meetings.
- hire documentation, initiate background check, validate/verify legal business entity pre
- hire, edit requisitions, and close requisitions in Workday.
- Additional assignments as requested.

**Player Profile**:

- Relevant Recruiting, Coordinating, TA, or Customer Service experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive hospitable attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with individuals at all levels,both inside and outside the organization
- Strong initiative and able to deliver results with mínimal direction
- Experience in designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
- Anticipate needs of employers to stay one step ahead of the game and provide the best support possible
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
