We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Housekeeper to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for golf. We have a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, including hosting The British Masters, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.

We are currently seeking an Executive Housekeeper who will lead day to day operations from the front, and ensure that our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our high standards.

**Salary**

The on-target earning potential for this role is £40,399,00 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £38,599.00 plus a qualified estimate of £1800 gratuities per annum.

**About the role**

You would be responsible for:

- Overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
- Participating in the management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Leading and guiding a diverse team of housekeeping professionals, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures to optimise efficiency and exceed guest expectations.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction such as reception & maintenance
- Recruiting, inducting, training and engaging the housekeeping team, whilst promoting their professional growth and development.
- Implementing sustainable practices to promote environmental responsibility.

**About you
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a housekeeping leadership position within a 4* hotel or a similar establishment. Additionally, we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

- A standards-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated care and empathy towards team members, providing full support and encouragement.
- Financial acumen to make informed decisions and drive efficiency.
