Our client is looking to appoint a People & Culture Programme Lead to design, establish and deliver a people focused change programme within a broader organisation change programme.
The purpose of this programme is to ensure that the change is designed and delivered in a people centric way, ensuring engagement, ownership and leadership is elevated. Some parts of the programme are already underway/in discussion, but as the programme develops,it is expected new workstreams and projects will arise and need to be scoped out. There will be the need to develop clear business cases with project leads and stakeholders too.
As the programme lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the programme, set key milestones, communication plans, review risks and governance, resource planning, estimating and financial management too.
We are looking for an experienced HR change professional who has a proven track record of successfully managing large change programmes, ideally within a complex/public sector environment with multiple stakeholders in a matrix structure. You will have knowledgeand experience of project management tools and methodology including Lean/Six Sigma and will be qualified within Prince2, APMPQ or another project management qualification.
To maximise impact, some of this work will require an on site presence at our client's office in Swindon with some travel potentially needed to other sites. However, in the main, the role can be worked remotely and our client is very flexible in their approachto this.
