We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our global recruiting team and to identify talent for our EMEA and APAC offices.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by utilizing social networks, job boards and other portfolio sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend recruitment events and partner with local organizations to increase brand awareness
- Provide weekly sourcing metrics

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role, preferably for Sales and Services positions for a technology/software company
- Experience sourcing positions for a global company, sourcing specifically in Germany and Australia is a plus
- Experience sourcing for German speaking roles is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCims)
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
- Ability to quickly make decisions
