**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and promote positive relationships with young people and other members of staff/parents, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and setting out learning materials and equipment for planned activities.
- Managing a classroom, supporting students in their learning through prepared work.
- Full clear instructions and resources for each lesson provided
- Maintain a positive climate for learning, a quiet working environment, ensuring good order and helping students to learn independently.
- Demonstrate motivation, compassion, and the ability to support the teaching and learning of young people.
- Full support provided from internal support team and your education consultant.

**Location**:based at the heart of Salford, the setting is a 5-minute walk from local public transport links, including Bus, Tram, and Train. There is also a free onsite car park for staff, located within expansive grounds, providing access to modern facilities and state of the art resources.

**Salary**: £85.00-£95.00 per day
