An independent and well-thought-of buying agency is exclusively working with Collins Property Recruitment to recruit an experienced and competent Residential Asset Manager to manage, grow and oversee their lettings and management business.

Based in Mayfair, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading and successful company, helping to manage residential assets on behalf of their Investor-Landlords.

The agency solely works within the prime, residential market and manages a small but premium portfolio of residential assets. They require someone experienced and competent to join the team, who is able to hit the ground running without handholding and direction.

The Residential Asset Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lettings
- Instruct, manage, and liaise with Estate Agents on a regular basis.
- Manage diary to ensure all appointments, renewals, and payment requests are in order.
- Advise Landlords on new legal requirements and make arrangements accordingly.

Property Management
- Build relationships and manage communication with all stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, landlords, etc.
- Oversee the portfolio, including inspections, refurbishments, and maintenance, ensuring that all regulations are adhered to.
- Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies, including final cleans and touch-ups, if necessary.

Tenancy Administration
- Review, create, amend and oversee all pre
- and post-tenancy administration.
- Ensuring compliance when managing reference checks, tenancy deposits, property safety, and utility company communication.
- Updating and managing all data, including Lettings, Occupancy, Key log, Management, Maintenance, Accounting, etc.

The ideal Residential Asset Manager will have the following attributes:

- Worked autonomously managing the small portfolio of prime, residential properties with a can-do attitude.
- Dealt with and managed London Lettings Agents.
- Excellent contacts with a wide range of tried and tested/trusted suppliers.

In return, the Residential Asset Manager will receive £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
