**Job Description**:

- Role Overview
- This is a great opportunity for a proven outstanding performer to join a dynamic and growing asset management organization.
- Key Responsibilities- Perform complex financial analysis and valuations;-
- Model the impact of returns either to the business or within the portfolio;-
- Evaluate investment opportunities and present recommendations;-
- Assist operating management teams and asset management colleagues with other corporate development transactions as required, including financings, dispositions, business plan forecasting, and strategic planning;-
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess, measure and evaluate decarbonization opportunities;-
- Prepare marketing materials for both internal and external use (co-investor reporting packages, quarterly reporting, investor day presentations, etc.);-
- Assist in the preparation and review of all internal fund reporting;-
- Attending regular quarterly board meetings for companies, helping in the preparation of materials where required;-
- Conduct special projects, as required.-
**Required Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Restructuring, Private Equity, Renewable Power investments or other relevant areas;-
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point and very strong financial modelling skills;-
- Analytical with strong understanding and execution of applied financial, investment analyses, and very strong financial modelling ability;-
- Professional with a positive attitude, capable of contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture;-
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, cope with changing priorities and meet deadlines;-
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to interact across all levels of the organization;-
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;-
- Background in energy-related, infrastructure or industrial sectors is beneficial;-
- Additional European languages is an advantage;-
