**Requirements**:
To be considered for the position of Head Bartender, we would like you to have the following qualifications and skills:
Previous cocktail and Head Bartender experience in a dynamic environment: We are looking for someone with a proven track record in creating and serving innovative cocktails in a fast-paced setting. Experience as a Head Bartender is highly preferred.

Passion for service and working with quality products: We value individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service and working with high-quality ingredients. Your enthusiasm for the craft of bartending and coffee making should shine through in every drink you create.

Leadership and menu knowledge: As the Head Bartender, you will lead by example, ensuring that the bar team delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest standards. Complete menu knowledge is essential, as you will be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring consistency in drink preparation.

Strong people management skills: You should possess strong people management skills, including the ability to set clear objectives, motivate your team, and monitor their progress. Supervising bartenders and ensuring adherence to service standards and methods is crucial.

Excellent communication skills: Effective communication between the bar team and the floor team is vital for a seamless guest experience. You should be able to foster open and clear communication channels to ensure efficient operations.

Training and development: We value continuous improvement, and your role will involve training and developing the bar team. Sharing your spirits knowledge, coffee-making skills, and contributing to menu development will be part of your responsibilities.

Stock management and ordering experience: Experience in stock management and inventory control is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate stock levels, placing orders in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records.
