About Us

At Square Grill House, we're looking for a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic Bar Team. With a passion for delivering exceptional service, you'll be responsible for crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

About You

  • You'll have a minimum of one year's experience as a Cocktail Bartender, with a strong background in a busy Restaurant or Cocktail Bar.
  • You'll be able to work effectively in a high-volume environment, following instructions from senior team members and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • You'll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking on challenges and contributing to our success.
  • You'll have a clear understanding of our procedures and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • You'll be motivated to progress and develop your skills, with a desire to grow within our company.

Requirements

  • You'll be able to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor even in busy situations.
  • You'll have a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to describe dishes and drinks to guests.
  • You'll possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, able to engage with guests and colleagues alike.
