Aircraft Refueller

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Please note that this role is predominately nightshift working and is based at East Midlands Airport.**

The starting salary is £30,889.63 increasing to £36,340.74 on successful completion of training. An annual shift allowance of £5,714.83 is also paid in 12 monthly instalments.

The Airfield Operator is responsible for carrying out day to day operational tasks safely, effectively and efficiently.

Airfield Operator tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Loading refuelling vehicles and refuelling aircraft
- Driving
- Being compliant with all company & legislated Health & Safety requirement
- Checking documentation
- Using high cost mobile & fixed equipment
- Sampling fuel
- Maintaining stock records
- General site housekeeping duties

The Airfield Operator is responsible for performing all tasks in accordance with the site Operating Standards, Safety Management System (SMS) & JIG.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- HGV C+E (Class 1) Licence
- Health & Safety awareness

**Desirable**:

- Previous refuelling experience
- Airfield experience
