**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer account adviser to join our **friendly** recycling and waste treatment team providing **sustainable solutions** for our customers.
You will be responsible for managing **customer enquiries** from start to finish, building excellent **relationships**, providing a smooth and **seamless journey,** onboarding and retaining customers, and billing and invoicing accurately. In addition, there will be opportunities to **support projects** within different departments of the GENeco business.
You will also have the exciting opportunity to support with **awards** submissions, education with **local schools**, our **sustainable partnerships** and leading our **social media** visibility.
The customer account adviser role is **Monday to Friday** with no bank holidays. We are proud to be a** life friendly employer** and open to discussion if **flexible or part time working** works best for you.
**About you**
We’re looking for people who **get stuck in** and** make things happen**, the** team players** and **future leaders** with exceptional drive, **creativity** and **people skills**.
It’s essential that you’re highly **organised** and able to manage your time effectively. You’ll have proven **customer service experience,** with the ability to support our customer accounts. You’ll be comfortable in a wide range of commercial situations and be **motivated** by playing a key role in supporting our waste and recycling business.
The ability to deliver **engaging** and technical information to a wide-ranging audience is essential.

GENeco is a** multi-award-winning** recycling and renewable energy company. We were created by Wessex Water in 2008 to help our parent company become more sustainable, and our truly ground-breaking and driven approach led to us achieving carbon neutrality and zero waste to landfill status in the first three years of operation.
