**Student Recruitment - Education Co-ordinator**
- **Location**: Ellesmere Port
- **Salary**: £30-35k p/a depending on experience
- **Type**: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Ellesmere Port.

**Role Purpose**
- This role is about building up relationships with the local schools (Secondary and Primary) to build engagement and to ultimately increase recruitment for the next years learner intake

**Main Duties**
- Promote and raise awareness of post-16 education programmes (Full time courses, A Levels, T Levels, Apprenticeships and Higher Education) to pupils in schools to support with ensuring they receive accurate information, advice and guidance (IAG) on theirnext steps.
- Co-ordinate the planning and organisation of a high quality and comprehensive school liaison programme which is innovative, developmental and sector leading.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders, ensuring the reputation of the college is maintained at all times
- Develop and support key events and initiatives which realise recruitment targets, including evening and weekend events.
- Continuously develop new and innovative school liaison activities to engage and meet the needs of schools, pupils, parents and other key stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Interest/experience in education
- License and car (to drive to recruitment events)
- Confident in speaking to new people and engaging
- Can easily pick up quite a bit of information quickly
- Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
