**Administration Team Leader**

Our fantastic and thriving client within the charity sector are looking for an Administration Team Leader to join their friendly, close-knit team in Gloucester on a permanent basis. In exchange, they offer flexible working hours in an office situated ina beautiful part of the Cotswolds.

**Hybrid working options**available following training, where you will be able to work some days from home per week, if you wish.

**Responsibilities of the Administration Team Leader**:

- Line manage 4 admin staff based across different business centres, including monthly line management, annual appraisals, authorisation of expense claims relating to direct reports & team development through analysis of training requirements.
- Work with managers to ensure appropriate admin staffing level of cover is maintained, due to holidays or sickness.
- Ensure systems are in place for recording of holiday, training, & absences records with HR.
- Work with the Data Quality team to contribute to Data Quality Assurance for the charities’ community services.
- Oversee the supply, ordering & distribution of all stationary items within budget limits.
- Work with different teams to gather & populate data to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly written reports on various elements of the business
- Train new staff on admin processes & data requirements
- Oversee property health & safety checks & procedures across locations.
- Admin duties including scheduling team meetings, minute taking, maintain and authorise holiday calendar & training records.
- Monitor & maintain the internal & external electronic case management system in collaboration with wider teams and setting up new users.
- Attend weekly admin meetings & fortnightly data quality meetings to identify any issues or concerns, ensuring collaborative working across the board and to discuss new processes.
- Receive internal/external queries, passing onto members of staff as appropriate.
- Liaise with external contract management teams to ensure compliance

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm + Hybrid working options following training

**Salary**: Up to £26,000 depending on experience
