**A**dministrator to support the sales department of our prestigious travel client, based in Chester.

A varied role with lots of progression opportunity - this is a superb position for a confident communicator with strong administrative skills to join a successful and welcoming team in the exciting luxury travel and tourism sector

**Working hours**: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Working hours: M-F 09:00-17:30 or 09:30-18:00 / working 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00-16:00
**Working from home** on a hybrid basis is available.

**Holidays and Benefits**: 25 days+ BH - holidays increase with length of service. Life assurance, critical illness protection, income protection and pension schemes in place. Birthdays off

**Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience

**Key responsibilities include**:
Provide administrative, operational and sales support to the sales department, including:

- Process and confirm bookings
- Process amendments or cancellations if required
- Confirm bookings for flights and transfers
- Liaise with suppliers, hotels and resorts to ensure bookings and requests are actioned
- Check-ins with clients pre and post travel
- Respond to or escalate and distribute queries
- Relationship building with clients and consultants

**Key skills include**:

- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
- Previous experience in travel & tourism sector is desired but not essential
