**About This Position**:
We are looking for a HR and Payroll Support Apprentice, who will be studying towards their Level 3 qualification. The successful HR and Payroll Apprentice, will be working within a small HR Team, providing help and support to the team and wider colleagues. The HR and Payroll Support Apprentice will whilst studying to gain experience, knowledge and understanding of HR and Payroll.

**The Role**:
The main focus is HR, with some payroll functionality. The HR and Payroll Support Apprentice will support our Payroll Officer in checking the data for payroll on a monthly basis along with:

- Maintaining the College electronic filing systems for personnel and payroll files.
- Maintaining and update employee records on the HR/Payroll system
- To support the Payroll Co-ordinator with the administration and preparation of the monthly salary payment and pensions administration.

**About You**:
You will be interested in HR whilst having a good general standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE. You will be learning whilst you are working, therefore you will be required to study the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.

We are on the look out for a HR and Payroll Support Apprentice to join our HR team on a Fixed term 12 month basis.
