**Responsibilities**:

- Managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes including payment runs (including invoice processing, reviews, invoice approvals, debt collection, answering supplier queries)
- Using Sage 50/Xero Accounts and Payroll. CIS Monthly Returns.
- Managing company's weekly and monthly payroll including paying sub-contractors, statutory filing with HMRC, and completion of Year End procedures.
- Cash flow forecast and management.
- Implementation of credit control and book-keeping systems.
- Optimising the P&L and cash flow processes with use of credit cards, BACS and extended credit terms.
- Working closely with external accountants to ensure SATR are filed on time, to prepare end of year accounts, and to meet year end payroll statutory requirements.
- Leading and supporting functional financial processes and procedures, including payroll, bank reconciliation, purchase ledger and credit control.

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
