Will you be the next apprentice? You will be assigned a skills coach, and 20% of your work time is spent studying towards a nationally recognised qualification - Business Administration SCQF Level 6 Modern Apprenticeship, delivered by QA Apprenticeships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate legal document preparation and proof checking
- Creating weekly reports to submit to the online system
- Routing of daily workload
- Monitoring the quality of output - checking specified requirements and adhering to deadlines
- Replying to communications from clients/customers and other parts of the business
- Ensuring correspondence is issued correctly
- Working closely with the Sheriff Officer and assisting with additional admin duties
- Building and developing working relationships
- Continuing to enhance skills and knowledge to achieve the best results

**Salary**:
£23,400 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
