If it does, then we have the ideal opportunity for you as a dedicated Telesales professional at a fast-growing utilities company based in Leicester.

The role itself is all about providing the highest levels of customer service and saving customers money on their utility bills. For this role, previous experience within telesales is desirable as you will be working in a fast-paced, high energy open-planoffice, making a high volume of calls. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be resilient, and have a positive attitude as on a daily basis you will be expected to make around 120 - 150 cold calls to potential new customers,aiming to win business for the company and help your clients to save money and reduce their carbon footprint. You will be working in a lively office, full of like-minded individuals, so you will need to be able to focus and manage your time effectively.

For this role, you must have a minimum of six months experience working as a telesales operative and be driven to hit and exceed sales targets. You will be working Monday to Friday, 37 and a half hours a week within a Leicester based office. You should beconfident in your ability to build new relationships quickly and effectively, be resilient and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

In return, you will receive a competitive base salary of between 20-23k depending on your experience in telesales, and very generous uncapped commission scheme, all whilst working for an extremely innovative organisation that strives to help their employeesreach success.
