**What are we looking for**

ITM Business IT systems are going through significant change to support the growing needs of the business. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of IT and Digital Transformation will drive our digital transformation initiatives and ensure the efficient functioning of our IT systems.

Responsible for leading the digital transformation efforts and developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing the management and security of all IT infrastructure and companywide IT systems.
- Lead Digital innovation, spearheading the development of our ICT/Digital Strategy
- Technology advocate for effective technology utilisation across the organisation, including business improvements and process redesign
- Ensure robust and resilient digital security
- Maximise efficiency, evolve our ICT platform to deliver cost-effective solutions whilst ensuring efficiency remains
- Overall leadership of the IT function
- Acts as a critical support to the CFO, ensuring the ICT strategy is planned and meticulously executed
- Provide/Uphold stable, dependable IT operations and service excellence
- Ensure the team is empowered with clear objectives and has alignment with the company’s strategic aims
- Ensure robust communication exists within the team, both internally and externally, with all stakeholders
- Function as a team and ensure alignment and visible leadership presence at all levels
- Act as the company’s main adviser on all issues relating to the IT function
- To uphold, demonstrate and support the Company’s Purpose, Vision and Values

**Responsibilities**
- Developing a competent understanding of current ITM business processes, requirements and the impact of future system changes company-wide
- Determining system requirements for new systems
- Designing any implemented solution to cope with new scenarios (new sites, new product ranges)
- Leading the implementation and incorporation with ITM’s existing systems - ensuring the complete installation, integration and embedding of new systems including the cross-organisational training requirements
- Gathering and agreeing requirements with business stakeholders/third parties, establishing and maintaining clear and positive relationships
- Assessing other business impacts and un-intended impacts of change, identifying all risks and ensure mitigating actions are put in place swiftly
- Evaluating business impact post implementation and further reviewing continued improvements and changes
- Lead a collaborative process to design the solution and solve complex business challenges with key business stakeholders
- Management and forecast of IT expenditure and budgeting
- Ensure effective provision of data backup and disaster recovery services
- Oversee regular cyber security reviews and testing
- Develop and agree the IT/Systems team’s objectives, ensuring company profitability
- Actively drive and support improvement and development plans, fostering a continuous improvement culture by actively seeking input from all members of the IT/Systems team
- To conduct quarterly performance reviews to monitor performance against plan; give performance feedback, lead, coach, mentor, motivate, empower, counsel, train and develop direct reports
- Regular auditing of department performance to ensure the highest standards of compliance are achieved. Lead this process and put improvement actions in place where appropriate Deliver against key measures consistent
