**Vertu Cosmetic Repair Stafford**

At Vertu Motors, we're looking for a Senior Booking Co-ordinator to join our Vertu Cosmetic Repair team at our Stafford site You will be joining a small, close-knit team working with our fabulous team of Mobile Technicians.

We are offering a basic salary of £27,000. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Within this role you will be managing the workload and allocation of work for our SMART repair technicians. You will be liaising with internal colleagues, provide excellent customer service and completing any required administration duties. You will arrange holiday cover when required and also be responsible for invoicing jobs. You will also be overseeing a small office based team as part of your role.

For this role we are looking for you to have an administration background, have excellent IT/PC Skills and have good attention to detail. You must have the ability to analyse date and manage your time effectively. Previous industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential. It would be beneficial for you to have previous supervisory/managerial experience.
