The business is delivering strong results and keep to keep growing - this is an important hire, requiring a trader who can work with brokers and the capacity providers to achieve results.
You'll probably be company side, or in a role which feels restrictive and you're therefore seeking a more commercial, progressive environment; as Development Underwriter in this role you will:
- Be encouraged to trade and to write business; the firm is well placed in the market and has plenty of A-rated capacity.
- Hold a senior role, supporting colleagues and working with management on the performance of the book - you'll have real input and opportunity.
- Be part of the conversation with insurer partners on DUA and capacity arrangements - you'll have exposure to the full working and running of the book.
- Be well rewarded - a base salary of between £50,000 - £80,000 as well as strong incentives.
