**Responsibilities**:

- You will be working within our Client Success Team, so the ability to build strong relationships is an absolute must.
- You will be responding to reactive requests, ensuring client requirements are understood and met.
- Tracking team capacity and skill levels, collaborating with people leads to ensure successful client and support matches are made.
- You will be a Smart PA ambassador, delivering our purpose and promoting Smart PA culture and values within your team and to clients. You will demonstrate the ability to proactively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

**Skills**:

- Time management and organisational skills are crucial within this role. As you will be working with multiple departments, you will need to be a pro at juggling priorities whilst paying close attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written English is essential. Provide timely responses and communication responding to queries and requests as appropriate and using discretion to resolve issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Great social skills are a must - both internally and with external stakeholders.
- You will have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude, no job is too large or too small.
- You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure and be an efficient multi-tasker.
- You will be tech-savvy and a quick learner who is confident working across multiple tools and platforms.
- SmartPA is always open to improvements, and our people know best. So, we appreciate people who are willing to contribute suggestions for business improvements.
- Ability to gather, analyse, collate, and present information as required.

**Experience**
- At least 1-year previous experience in a PA / EA or Business Support role.
- Experience with MS Office (Particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) is essential.
- Experience in account management or client-facing role is essential.
- Experience in project delivery and completing tasks to tight deadlines is essential.
- Experience in using software such as CRM systems / booking system is strongly desired.
- Experience in document formatting is desired.
- Experience in data handling and data entry is desired.
- Experience in office management is desired.
