Neuro Rehabilitation Trainer

**Job Summary**:
A private not-for-profit organisation is looking to recruit a neuro-based exercise/rehabilitation trainer with experience of neurological rehabilitation to join our multi-disciplinary team. We deliver specialised neurological rehabilitation and pioneering exercise-based therapy programmes at our outpatient gym-based centre in Bristol. **The Person**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on implementation of specialised neurological rehabilitation and exercise-based programmes
- Involvement in driving forward programme enhancements
- Assist in ad-hoc projects to enhance the awareness of the organisation and programme
- Assist in ad-hoc projects to enhance the experience of clients
- Commitment to improvement and excellence in the delivery of services
- Work with centre manager to engage further into the neurological community
- Some travelling may be required

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant degree level or qualification in any **Rehabilitation, Exercise or Sport related programme**:

- **Must have minimum of 12 months experience providing hands-on neuro rehabilitation**:

- High energy and enthusiastic individual
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
As a community rehabilitation facility with a vulnerable client population, masks are required by all staff, clients and visitors on-site. Proof of vaccination required for staff.
