In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring that they have adequate materials in order for them to run smoothly as a business.

Responsibilities for this position as follows:

- Making outbound calls to customers, discussing products and ensuring all products are up to date.
- Up-selling marketing materials and services.
- Find out and explore competitor information.
- Answer inbound calls and responding to queries.
- Complete administrative tasks following calls and meetings.

Who you are:

- A confident individual who is comfortable answering telephones.
- Have at least one years' experience in a customer service environment.
- Be creative and able to use your own initiative.
- Computer literate.
