**Core Business Hours**: From 7.45 am to 8 pm Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week)

We are looking for committed team players to join our Customer Service team and support the growth of our company, to enhance delivery of our service to our customers and stakeholders.

Working Hours : Core business hours are from 7.45am to 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week) with one hour for lunch. As part of your core business hours you will be included within a department rota system.

- Investigating and solving client queries.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients.
- Chasing supporting evidence in relation to client claims (Dialler).
- Updating client records.
- Minimise FE workload by dealing with clients and third parties at first point of contact.
- Reviewing and referring calls through to the appropriate department.
- To efficiently manage a task load from the dedicated CST task list.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
- To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it

**Person Specification**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Ability to resolve client concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.
- Experience of demonstrating effective teamworking within a commercial environment.
- Cooperative and flexible approach.
- Ability to identify where problems may arise and adopt a solution -focused approach.
- Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
- IT literate.
- Commitment to own personal development.
