**The Client
**Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a registered nurse deputy care home manager for a nursing home in Yapton, West Sussex. The home caters for circa 30 + residents and is part of a charity owned group of care homes that have an excellentreputation. The nursing home caters for elderly frail nursing residents.

**The Role
**This deputy role is purely supernumery working hours, management duties such as clinical audits, supervisions and helping the manager with the day to day running of the home.

**The Person**
- You must be a registered nurse with active NMC Registration
- You must have experience in nursing homes as a senior nurse, lead nurse, clinical lead or Deputy Manager
- You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities

**The Salary**

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £41,500 per annum and you will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week working management hours ONLY.
