That’s how you rock and roll, there is a reluctance to change but you know how to get them on board, making sure they know you aren’t the bad guy or girl; you just want to make sure that everyone is working in a safe environment

**When it comes to HR, you will be on hand to deal with new starters and all the paperwork that goes with that.**

You are the right-hand person to your new boss - Head of HR & Health and Safety, she has recently been promoted and needs you to keep this 150 strong workforce in line, her boss the Managing Director has grown from withing the business, he started off as an apprentice and is now in the top job, he knows that change needs to happen and is completely onboard with her plans.

You know the importance of confidentiality, you also know that just because that’s the way things were done in the past, that’s not necessarily the way things are done now.

There will be a reluctance to change, but you and your boss can deal with that, you have your office to escape to where the planning can happen when you aren’t in the thick of it on the shop floor dealing with the day to day.

The investment that is being made here is unbelievable, bringing a traditional black country manufacturer inline with modern day values with an investment of 30 million, get your foot in the door here and you will be part of that

If you have started study towards your CIPD or IOSH and are looking for a fantastic mentor who will support and guide you, then this is the place to be, she will teach you all she knows and support you in your career goals.

Likewise, if you have cut your teeth in HR/ Health & Safety (or both) and would love to get stuck into some qualifications the support will be here for you to do this too.

The hours are flexible here, someone is onsite from 6am until 6pm, so you can fit your 40 hour working week around this.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
