This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Provider Services.

**We pay an attractive salary of £24,992 - £27,214 and offer access to training and development opportunities.**

We are currently looking to recruit 2 Community Support Workers to work in the Links Community Resource Base which provides a day service for adults with learning disabilities who have Autism and Behaviours that can Challenge.

The main purpose of the role is to support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of Individuals using a person-centered approach to promote choice and independence whilst making peoples' days enjoyable and meaningful.

This role requires the successful applicant to be able and confident to undertake Positive Behaviour Management training that requires physical interventions.

The service is working towards providing weekend and early evening support and you will be required to work on a rota basis as and when required.

For the role, we ask that you have:

- Experience and understanding of the cause and effects of behaviour that can challenge the service.
- a Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a suitable motor vehicle insured for business/work to transport Individuals throughout the county borough.
