**Working hours**:
Full time - 37.5 hours working 08.00 - 16.00 or 08.30 - 16.30. Monday - Friday or 09.00 - 17.00.

You will provide dedicated day to day administrative support and ensure all requirements are provided in a timely and efficient manner. These duties include, but are not limited to - providing administrative support to our booking teams, clinical teams as directed, or under the direction of our service management team.

Duties include tracking, filing and scanning documents, collating and potentially creating documents using a variety of computer systems and programs. You will also use theatreman system and Somerset system.

Due to the nature of the department you must be well organised, responsive and be able to work on own initiative.

If you are enthusiastic, have good IT and communication skills and enjoy working in a team then we would like to hear from you. In return we can offer you a supportive, fast moving and varied job, in a very busy environment.
