Brewster Partners charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for our client based in Mansfield

**The job**:
This is role is full time, permanent position, offering hybrid working.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be largely focused with a generalist position, with a particular focus on ER or OD.

As well as this you will:

- Advise on recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
- Work alongside the recruitment team, contributing to strategy meetings and completing tasks to support the development of the OD function
- Supporting with investigations and grievances
- Be the first point of contact for ER queries; guiding line managers on best practise
- Maintaining the HR and time & attendance systems
- Produce monthly HR reports and ad hoc reports as requested

**The person**:
This role would suit someone who has experience at a similar level, as well as someone who has a good understanding of employment law or assisting with, as well as day to day HR
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas
- Experience of ER
- Confidence advising line managers and acting as the first point of contact
- Strong leadership and people skills
- It would be beneficial to possess a CIPD or have equivalent experience
- Good understanding/experience of OD
