**About The Role**

Hotel Reservations Agent (Part-time, 6-month Temporary Contract inclusive of Saturday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the hotel system and follow up with guests to confirm details and resolve any issues.
- Promote hotel amenities, packages, and services to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and issue invoices, including refunds and cancellations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the hotel and its surroundings.
- Work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
- Must be authorized to work in UK
