**Job description**
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join us in delivering memorable and bespoke experiences to our guests.
As Sales and Reservations Agent you will be responsible for ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer service to our guests, maintaining Finn Lough values to ensure all our guests enjoy a memorable stay at Finn Lough. You will manage the needs of Guests to ensure that their expectations are exceeded before, during and after their stay. This is a dynamic role that requires enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality, sharing in our belief that kindness and consideration for our guests and surroundings should inform every experience.
Live-in is a possibility to relocate.

**Responsibilities**
- Regularly check upcoming reservations
- Check appropriate payments have been taken for bookings
- Welcome and greet guests
- Preparation of check-in and check-out forms
- Liaising with other departments within the resort to ensure smooth delivery of guest requests
- Orientating guests to the resort and answering any queries
- Dealing with any guest complaints effectively
- Answering and processing sales calls
- Acting as an ambassador for Finn Lough, upselling and cross-selling wherever possible
- Preparation of daily run sheet
- Input up-to-date information regarding guests during their stay
- Ensure all information provided to guests is accurate and up-to-date
- Processing and reconciling guest payments
- Accommodate guest requests
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a service based industry
- Task-driven individual and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
- High level of professionalism and effective decision making
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexible regarding work schedules
- Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests
**Job Type**
- Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
