**Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday**

This apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning, and you will be supported at every step of the way. Our apprentices obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the programme.

**The Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside qualified Parts Advisors and to be trained in the workings of the parts department. A Parts Advisor's responsibilities may include the following:

- To serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.
- To receive, correctly identify and warehouse incoming stock and to advise management if stock is low.
- Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained for both stores and retail section of the Parts Department.
- Ensuring promotions and practices produced by Parts Management are promoted when speaking to customers.
- To participate in the annual formal stock check.

**The Training**:
All Jaguar Land Rover Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the Jaguar Land Rover Academy. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. Over the course of three years, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service

Applicants must possess the following:

- Team player
- Dependable and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate well under pressure
