**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with the administration team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Hourly rate, with bonuses.

Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
