The Work Shop in Romsey is delighted to be recruiting for a boutique, commercial property renovation company based in Shootash, just outside of Romsey. The role is for an established **Telemarketer **looking for a position in which they are rewarded for their success.

The benefits of the role of Telemarketer include a **Hybrid **working model, which means you only need to go to the office once every couple of weeks. Or alternatively, you can be based in Shootash, so that you feel part of the team.

Holiday negotiable, free parking, company Pension scheme and generous commission.

**The Role of Telemarketer B2B**:

- Generate leads B2B in the Blue Chip and Public sector
- Appointment setting ideally an average of 5 per week
- Use of bespoke CRM to update client details and register new companies
- Identifying opportunities for the internal team to tender for business

**About you, the Telemarketer**:

- You will have an established track record in Telemarketing, Sales, Business Development Appointment setting
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to be consistent in your lead generation
- Happy to work independently and be self-motivated
- Must be a driver

- Current employees taking home an OTE £30,000
