This is a full time office based role - Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Send out monthly statements to customers
- Chase for payment updates and any outstanding payments
- Assist with monthly inventory stock check
- Assist with preparations for annual audit schedules
- Upkeep audit of sales orders and chase any necessary documents
- Raise purchase orders, sales orders and invoices
- Prepare expense journal to be reviewed by finance manager

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within a similar accounts/finance role
- Educated to degree level or AAT qualified etc (desirable)
- Thorough and meticulous attention to detail
- Solid experience of working with customers and suppliers
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Eager to take on new challenges and use initiative in problem solving
- Proactive team player
- Calm under pressure
