My Property Host is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Woking and Bracknell. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay, meeting the highest standards of check-ins, property maintenance, cleanliness, and communication. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Be the primary focal point for guest check-ins, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Take ownership of each property in your area of responsibility, ensuring a fully-stocked inventory and highlighting any damages or maintenance work required.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and knowledgeably, providing exceptional customer service from the day of check-in to post check-out.
- Report any additional charges, such as early check-ins, late check-outs, and smoking fees.
- Oversee stock levels and conduct regular stock takes in our storage units.
- Verify guest IDs to ensure accurate bookings.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of properties.
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the team to manage linen and consumables stock.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills, responding quickly and clearly.
- Highly organised, methodical, and able to plan effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and a personable and professional demeanour.
- Adaptable, flexible, positive, and resilient.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car.
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance from our regional base in Woking and Bracknell.
**Salary**:
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Hours 20-25 hours per week
**Travel expenses**
We offer a mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile for travel expenses.
**Performance Standards**:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assess and record damages, addressing property-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring positive reviews and enhancing our reputation.
- Effectively handle guest enquiries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and third-party suppliers.
- Embrace and support business transformation and contribute to a positive work culture.
