CMA is pleased to be working exclusively with a fast paced, rapidly growing company which has recently secured significant financial backing. The business is looking for an experienced Billings Specialist to join their friendly close-knit finance team, initially on a 6 month fixed term contract; however, there is a strong possibility of the role being made permanent. You will be a crucial part of the finance function, using your attention to detail on a wide variety of tasks to keep the role interesting. Must be available on short notice.

**What will the Billing Specialist role involve?**
- Invoice processing.
- Reconciling invoices to timesheets.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Reconciling factoring accounts.
- Cross-checking data within portals.
- Expense reports.
- Payment runs.
- Experience with timesheets and portals.
- Experience with invoicing.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential.
