**About Our Client**:
Our client are a well established financial services business based in Denton. They are looking for Collections Agents to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the collections team. Duties of the Collections Agent will be:

- As a Collections Agent you'll be supporting customers with queries
- You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries.
- Maximise collections activity
- Problem and query resolution
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload

**The Successful Applicant**:

- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in a collections / debt recovery focused role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills

**What's on Offer**:

- Salary £19,000 OTE £28,000
- Hours - Mon - Fri, working shift patterns between 8.30am and sometimes working later shifts which means you will be finishing at 7pm.
